Each week is its own shift.
A week is seven simulated days in the same world. Incidents arrive on their own schedule, every decision costs capacity, and the report at the end tells you which exam domains you're solid on.
Platform on-call
You inherit the platform and a note from the last admin reading "Good luck. You will need it." Access requests, failing pipelines, and a capacity that will not stretch.
Peak season
Parcel volumes are six times normal, finance has frozen the capacity budget, and every shortcut you took in week 1 is now load bearing.

The merger
Nordwind has absorbed a Belgian carrier. Two platforms, two engineering teams, one capacity, and a set of auditors who want everything documented.
